FI or, the Financial Intermediaries are organizations that essentially facilitate Resource Mobilization. Most significant FI are Banks, Capital markets and insurance. A bank is a type of financial institution that lends money and takes deposits from the general public. Perhaps the most important financial institution for resource mobilization are banks. Banks can help mobilize resources in the following ways:

• You can invest your surplus funds in stock markets or deposit them in banks, among other options. A high degree of certainty and assurance is provided to the depositor by banks, which guarantee repayment of the entire amount and pre-agreed interest. Stock exchanges, on the other hand, do not offer such assurances

• Banks, which are specialized financial institutions that primarily focus on financing specialized social and economic endeavors. Examples of specialized work include: z little and house ventures funding z insurance agency's z business contract banks z specialty hardware supporting associations.

• In India these establishments fundamentally incorporate, Commodity Import Bank of India, Board for Modern and Monetary Recreation, Little Businesses Advancement Bank of India, Public Lodging Bank. They are government initiatives established to provide Indian industries with both financial and technical support.

• Banks are an economy's primary means of mobilizing resources in the early stages of development. Similar to this, India is experiencing this right now. This is because the majority of people in these economies are too wary of taking risks.

• Because it is difficult for new businesses in developing economies to raise a significant amount of capital through capital markets, they naturally turn to banks for loans.

• Capital markets in India are getting stronger each year as the economy grows. Because of this, the banking industry is a very important part of the Indian economy.

• The goal of effective resource mobilization will be to direct resources in the most productive directions and sectors, resulting in maximum benefit for those who are least fortunate.
