Rameshwar’s IAS is a brand name under AISHWARYA EDUCATION SOLUTION PVT. LTD. which provides guidance and learning services for competitive examinations including UPSC Civil Services and other government/competitive exams, through online/offline courses, test series, study materials, videos, and related educational content.

Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively referred to as the “Platform”). By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

• You have read and understood these Terms.
• You agree to follow them while using the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Platform only if you are legally capable of entering into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are a minor, you must use the Platform under the supervision and consent of your parent/legal guardian.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide correct and complete registration details.
• You must keep login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for activities under your account.

Rameshwar’s IAS may suspend or terminate accounts involved in misuse.

4. Services & Subscription

• Free content (limited)
• Paid courses/subscriptions (based on chosen plan)

Prices, features, course content, and availability may change over time.

5. Payments

• Fees including taxes will be shown before payment.
• Payments are processed via third-party gateways.
• We are not responsible for payment gateway or banking errors.

6. Refund Policy

Unless stated otherwise in writing, all purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. If a student withdraws before course commencement, a partial refund may be granted after deducting administrative charges. No refund will be provided once the course has started or study material has been accessed.

7. Study Materials & Content Disclaimer

• Content may contain updates or revisions.
• We do not guarantee marks, rank, or exam success.
• Study materials may be updated without notice.

8. Fair Usage & No Sharing Policy

Subscription is for individual use only. Sharing login credentials, selling access, or recording content is strictly prohibited and may lead to permanent termination.

9. Prohibited Activities

• Copying or redistributing content
• Illegal or harmful use
• Hacking or unauthorized access
• Uploading abusive or unlawful content

10. Third-Party Links & Services

We are not responsible for third-party platforms or their policies.

11. Intellectual Property

All content including videos, PDFs, notes, logos, designs, and materials belong to Rameshwar’s IAS or its licensors and may be used only for personal learning.

12. Suspension or Termination

Accounts may be terminated without notice in case of violations or fraudulent activity.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rameshwar’s IAS shall not be liable for indirect loss, technical issues, data loss, or exam outcomes.

14. Privacy

Your personal information will be handled as per our Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms anytime. Continued use of the Platform means acceptance.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
